The control room part of the campaign notification system.

Campaign weblink types

StreetTalker Campaign events notification page

Each campaign gets allocated two weblinks:

Weblink [ALL]

This opens a webpage and will show 'ALL messages from 20 minutes prior to the keyword being mentioned on the group.
The controller may interact with the group participants by clicking on their number on the page.

Weblink [less]

This opens a webpage and will show 'less messages from 20 minutes prior to the keyword being mentioned on the group to 60 minutes after the mention.
The controller cannot interact with the group participants and the complete phone number are hidden to ensure user privacy.

Interface

The event monitor webpage are divided into two columns.

Campaign column

Shows all groups and timestamps -Events- a keyword was mentioned on the group with the BOT ID (phone number) that was used to detect the message.
Events that are not marked as completed are shown with a green icon.
Select the Event to monitor the group messages will be displayed in the message view column.

View column

Shows messages -dependent on weblink type used to access page- from 20 minutes prior to the keyword being mentioned on the group.
