Notification campaign

The BOT notification system monitors ALL messages posted on groups the BOT are a member off for campaign keywords if found it can notify a group and display the group communications on a webpage control room staff can monitor.

Setup and control notification/rules

In your StreetTalker control page goto BOT Notification/Rules -> Campaign

Add a campaign

• Enter a name for the campaign to identify it, this can be Burgalaries
• Enter keywords separated by a semi-column (;) to monitor for in all messages posted to groups the bots are on, this can be keywords that needs to be in a message to trigger an alert like burgled;window broken;ingebreek;gebreekte venster
• Select if you also want the notification sent on a specific Telegram group from the drop-down list
• Submit the new campaign with the Add new Campaign button.

Your new campaign will be loaded and all messages scanned will be scanned for these keywords.

Edit a campaign

• Edit the field you need to modify commit the records with the Update button.

Note: The initial telegram group cannot be edited if you need to change it you will need to create a new campaign and delete the old one.

Delete a campaign

• Select the record(s) to be deleted -select them with their checkboxes- and delete it with the Update button.

Each campaign gets allocated its own weblink that opens up the event monitor system in a web browser.
This web page with auto-update and show all events for the last 7 days.
