Vehicles Of Interest
This is a list of vehicle registrations and their accompanied lookout reports as generated by the NP Tracker scanner algorithms on received messages on groups the scanBOTs have access to.
NOTE: messages containing the groups ignore keyword - default is "##" - will not be added as a lookout report on the system
